These Terms & Conditions govern your use of alphagriden.com and any services provided by Alphagriden Pty Ltd (ACN 612 558 947). By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms.
Alphagriden provides general financial literacy education and assistance with the preparation and lodgement of applications for Australian government payments, grants and tax offsets. We are not a registered financial planner. We do not provide personal financial product advice within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Outcomes depend on the criteria set by the Australian Taxation Office, Services Australia and other government bodies and cannot be guaranteed by Alphagriden.
The initial 30-minute eligibility check is free. Where you engage us for further work, fees are agreed in writing in advance. All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (A$) and include GST where applicable.
All content on this website (text, images, logos, software) is the property of Alphagriden Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Alphagriden's liability is limited to the re-supply of the relevant service or the cost of having the service re-supplied. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) which cannot be lawfully excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
